February 2006: "Awakening"

            Mary C. O'Malley has been published both online and off, and

            her work will soon be appearing on PoetryMidwest and in

            Cleveland State University's Whiskey Island.   

               

            Terry Piersin is 17 years old and lives in central Illinois.  His writing

            is primarily influenced by musicians, such as Bob Dylan, Bright Eyes,

            and Pink Floyd.

 

            Ali Drysdale draws inspiration from other authors such as

            Bukowski, Rimbaud, and Ginsberg.

 

            Ed Murphy lives in Burlington, Vermont and is a lyricist, song

            writer and performer. He draws his inspiration from real life

            events as well as events he is aware of through friends and family.

 

            Lee Richard Kirsten has been writing since 1991 and currently

            resides in London.

 

            Diana Gant has been writing for 15 years and has released four

            different books under various pseudonyms.  She writes in a variety

            of forms, but prefers the sonnet, and her influences include G.H.

            Boker and E.B. Browning.

 

            Erika Hudson currently lives in Charlotte, NC.  While being raised

            in Ramstein, Germany, she had the opportunity to travel all over

            Europe and to Tunisia, Africa before returning home to the U.S.

            Her writing is influenced largely by her experiences and emotions. 

 

            Sarah A. O'Leary, in her own words: "I became profoundly deaf

            approximately 16 years ago.  Since then my love of words/feelings

            has grown and become deeper. I run with the wind and kiss the

            raindrops.
